Heart of Hathor - Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All readings (tarot, astrology, and spiritual guidance) must be booked and paid for in full via the Heart of Hathor website prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Pre-recorded readings and written reports must also be paid in full at the time of order placement.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If a customer wishes to cancel a booked appointment, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to be eligible for refund or credit towards a future session.
• If less than 72 hours' notice is provided, the session is considered non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 4 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
• Customers can request rescheduling directly via email or WhatsApp, if required.

3. Refund Policy

• Once a reading has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Pre-recorded readings and written reports are non-refundable once they have been created and delivered.
• In cases where Heart of Hathor needs to cancel an appointment, customers will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

4. Communication & Support

• Customers can contact Heart of Hathor via email or WhatsApp for appointment changes, inquiries, or any issues related to their booking.
• All efforts will be made to resolve customer concerns in a fair and timely manner.
